  • Communication/swallowing disorders can make it difficult for people to connect with others. Therefore, we strive to assist our clients to maintain and/or develop their connections with others.
  • We acknowledge that each client will likely have a team around them (e.g. family, friends, carers, other health professionals etc.). Thus, we strive for our interventions to involve these stakeholders, where possible.
  • We strive to develop strong working relationships with our clients, referral bases, other service providers/organisations and other stakeholders.

  • We value authenticity. Our clients and staff should feel comfortable in their own skin. We allow for our clients to be true to themselves by learning about their individual circumstances or goals, and incorporating this into our service delivery.
